Le Gars au Chaud is a proud Ambassador of flavors from the Boreal Zone who loves to cook regional products in an original way with the aim of introducing known products in different ways and thus developing curiosity about the terroir. He enjoys developing human contact with producers and is convinced that buying locally is beneficial both economically and ecologically. By buying organic and local, he ensures high-quality, tasty, and nutritious products. The desire to perfect cooking over a fire came to him during his first trip to Argentina. He immediately loved the smells, the flavors, as well as the challenges and the theatrical side it entailed.

Whether for an event, a family meal, or simply to lighten the daily grind, the team concocts tasty, generous, and locally inspired homemade dishes. Since its inception, the chef has favored direct encounters with producers and carefully selects the ingredients used in the kitchen. Ibride is our crossroads, a fusion of our values of uncompromising authenticity that transcends the simple status of a cider house. United by a shared passion, we are a team of artisans dedicated to creating exceptional natural ciders, while embodying a deep commitment to the environment and reducing food waste. Founded in the heart of the Saguenay region, our company draws its inspiration from a love of foraging and the desire to create unique blends. Each creation crafted at Ibride is much more than a simple product; it is a celebration dedicated to nature, sustainability, and an authentic experience.

All their chocolates are handmade in small batches using traditional methods. Free from preservatives and artificial flavors, the ingredients used in their recipes are of the highest quality. The fillings are handcrafted on-site (flavored ganaches, caramels, fruit or flower jellies, etc.). Flavors vary depending on the time of year, featuring seasonal fruits, fresh garden herbs, and wild plants from the boreal forest.
